By selecting the Sales> Products menu, you can access the Price Lists section. From here it is possible to create and update different price lists that can be associated with all or each of the customers.
It is possible to import or export one or more price lists, with each price for each product or service, from a single Excel file in csv format.
It is possible to update the prices of one of the lists or all of them at the same time, quickly, using the same Excel file in csv format.
It is possible to associate a price list with a specific customer, so that the prices of the selected list are applied to that customer automatically when generating any document.
It is possible to associate a price list with a customer group, so that the prices of the selected list are applied to the customers within that customer group automatically when generating any document.
When creating a document, be it an invoice, a quotation or an order, it is possible to manually change the price list to apply. The prices of the document will be updated automatically according to the selected price list.
It is possible to save in the documents if the sale price has been entered manually or if it has been defined through the modification or application of a price list.
You can at any time choose the price list to apply directly to the invoice, quotation or order.
